TERMS AND CONDITIONS — EASY EYEWEAR

By placing an order on easyeyewear.shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. GENERAL

These terms apply to all orders placed through our website. Easy Eyewear reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these terms.

2. PRODUCTS

All products sold by Easy Eyewear are brand new fashion accessories. Our sunglasses are not intended as protective, safety, or medical eyewear and should not be used as such. Easy Eyewear makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability of our products for any specific purpose.

Our products are not toys and are not designed or intended for use by young children. Easy Eyewear is not responsible for any misuse of our products, including but not limited to use by unsupervised children. Small parts such as screws, nose pads or detachable components may present a choking hazard. Keep out of reach of young children.

3. PRICING

All prices are listed in euros. Easy Eyewear reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of placing your order is the price you pay. We are not obligated to honor pricing errors.

4. ORDERS

By completing your purchase, you enter into a binding agreement with Easy Eyewear. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or any other reason we deem necessary. In such cases, you will be notified and fully refunded. Easy Eyewear shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from a cancelled order.

5. PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Easy Eyewear is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

6. SHIPPING

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Easy Eyewear is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or any other circumstances outside of our control. 7. RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Easy Eyewear reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. 8. WARRANTY

Easy Eyewear does not offer any warranty, express or implied, on its products beyond what is required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law. Products are sold "as is." This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Eyewear shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
